Prosperity

The fifth and last tier of the iskan branch; its prerequisite is Land Title. In the other branches this tier is the mastery and opens only to the player whose doctrine is that branch; since iskan has no doctrine, mamure is open to everyone (Research and the tech tree).

What it unlocks

It unlocks the Land Registry: a building that lowers the price of buying tiles and gives a small gold income. Its discount stacks with the Bedesten's in the same city.

It is also the prerequisite of the Observatory: the gate to the science victory (Victory conditions) runs through this node. So anyone who knows mamure can put the Observatory in the queue; anyone who does not, cannot.

When to research it

This is a late-game node: you need to have finished the four tiers before it. It is worth it if you have cities that widen their region with gold, or if you are looking for a gold source for cities with an empty slot. If you are aiming for the science victory, it is mandatory.
